Millie is currently associate musical director on Kinky Boots (London Coliseum, West End). Previous credits include assistant musical director of Wicked (UK & Ireland Tour), Kinky Boots (European Tour) and Six (West End). She is experienced in both stick and keys-conduct chairs, and has held keys chairs and worked as a rehearsal pianist and deputy keys across both the West End and touring theatre.

As an experienced music assistant and music copyist, Millie is proficient in the music notation software Sibelius, Dorico and Finale and the DAW's Logic and Pro-Tools.
